This is so sad! Beautiful quote, but so sad. What inspired it? What happened at the doctor?
This is a quote by Dr. Who. He sees a child crying silently alone on a bench in a mall and makes the observation. Amelia is the companion of the 10th doctor in this episode. If you haven't seen the recent episodes with the 9th and 10th doctor incarnations I recommend them for their quirky and passionate love of humanity.
